Our manufacturing facility can handle amounts from just a few kilos to many tonnes of single pigment dispersions or colour matched shades e.g. RAL, BS, Pantone or other bespoke colours. Our technical staff have over 30 years of experience in colour formulation and matching and have a sound knowledge base of pigments and dyes and their suitability for a particular application.

Initial development is carried out on our laboratory machinery, which is then scaled up on our pilot plant for pre-production trials. Once the customer is happy, we move on to our large scale machines for production runs.

Pigment Dispersions - We manufacture single pigment or additive dispersions to allow the customer to formulate their own product.
